Packets for the 2025-2026 School Year will be available during the summer on the front door of Grainger High School. Completed enrollment packets and required documentation may be emailed to the school counselor assigned to the student's grade or returned to Grainger High School.

Important Dates
• Prom: April 24
• FAFSA Deadline – June 30
• Senior Walk: May 7
• Awards Day: May 8 — Complete the Google form sent via Remind.
• Senior Review Day – May 12
• Senior Semester Test – May 13
• Graduation: May 14 - Class picture will be taken at 6:00, with lineup immediately following.
Senior Forms
All seniors are provided with the opportunity to use two excused College and Career Days during their senior year (one during first semester, one during second semester). College and Career Day Request forms are available by clicking here or in the School Counseling Office, Room 209. Completed forms must be submitted with all teacher signatures and parent signature three days prior to the visit day. Students must also submit an official letter of proof from the school or industry visited on their first day back to school after the visit, in order to be granted the excused college day.
Brag Sheet for Letter of Recommendation
Any student interested in obtaining a letter of recommendation from a school counselor must submit a completed Brag Sheet to his/her school counselor at least two weeks prior to the date needed. Brag Sheets are available by clicking here or in the School Counseling Office, Room 209.
Students should use a Transcript Request Form any time there is a need to have his/her transcripts or ACT scores sent to a school of interest. Transcript Request Forms are available online by clicking here or in the School Counseling Office, Room 209. Students must provide the address to which transcripts/scores must be sent.
Junior Information

A Note To Student Athletes
Student athletes who wish to participate in NCAA Division I or II athletics: You need to be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center. You need to qualify academically and you will also need to be cleared as an amateur student-athlete. You are responsible for achieving and protecting your eligibility status. You may register as early as the beginning of your sophomore year.
